- When will your order be ready to ship? -

Most items are ready to ship within 3-5 days. Exceptional – will be noted in the item’s list.
If you need your order earlier, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your need.
Before holidays – we are making efforts to ship orders within 1-2 days.

 

- Shipping schedules - - WORLD WIDE-

We ship with established courier services like UPS or DHL Express **. Most items to most destinations will deliver within 2-6 working days. You will discover your order’s specific details in each listing page, or when you check out.

Not sure when will your order arrive to you? Need any special timing? contact us for any further information.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with shipping details and a tracking number.


** After many years of worldwide shipping, and experience with several shipments services, we’ve decided to ship all items from our studio with courier service – door to door delivery in short times. We believe it matches best the items and the occasions they intend.
If you mind less for delivery time – and don’t care to wait couple of weeks, and sometimes a month - for you order – contact us and we will price registered mail which is cheaper and slower.

- Please note that-
International orders may be subject to duties, local taxes and fees, we make our best to report the contents of each package clearly.
We cannot be responsible for any unexpected delays and extra charges in your country's customs, or losses that occur after the package is shipped… sorry.

We ship all orders by UPS or GETT – door to door short time delivery.
If you wish to pick up independently, or use registered mail – contact us to customize your shipment

In case we could not solve the problem - we will coordinate return and/or refund with the person who made the purchase according this process:
- The customer will ship the item to us with registered mail, to be able to track it.
- Write on the package :'Return Item' (to avoid customs fees on our end)
- Shipping cost will apply to the buyer.
- As soon as we receive the item in new condition in its original package - we will refund the money via the customer's Paypal account.
