The larger square Matzah trays will be processed only later. Who knows why is it so? The right answer is below...
These Passover Seder set are all handmade from an organic material, that means that in each production, the measures might change in small tolerances, the square tray holds all the smaller platters together, and needs to be produced accurate, according to the smaller triangle platters measures.
